A little about me: I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Memphis Fogelman College of Business & Economics, where I majored in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate. I've been in the financial industry for more than 20 years and have closed more than half a billion dollars in mortgage loans. Since 2008, I've also been recognized by the Nashville Mortgage Bankers Association with annual awards for loan production.

What sets me apart from other loan officers is that I focus on people first—not the sale. My goal is to educate my clients so they fully understand their options and feel confident every step of the way. I approach every conversation with the heart of a teacher, taking the time to explain the process, answer questions, and make sure there are no surprises along the way.

I'm also committed to being available when my clients need me—not just during traditional business hours. Whether it's during the day, in the evening, or on the weekend, I'm flexible because I understand that life doesn't always happen from 9 to 5.

Another difference is that the entire loan process is handled locally. My loan estimates are thorough and highly accurate, giving my clients a clear understanding of what to expect from the beginning. I believe in honest communication, transparency, and setting realistic expectations throughout the entire process.

Customer service is at the core of everything I do. Much of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals, which I believe speaks to the relationships I've built and the trust I've earned. For me, it's about more than simply closing a loan—it's about building relationships and providing an experience that my clients feel confident sharing with others.

Above all, I have a 'do the right thing' mentality. My success isn't measured by simply closing a loan; it's measured by knowing I took the time to educate, communicate, and help someone make a confident and informed decision about their financial future.
